There can be a good solution to the stray dogs menace. We can manage to catch these stray dogs, sterlise, vaccinate and leave them in the reserve forests in their natural habitat away from cities and villages. They can find their food in natural ways and principle of bio-diversity will take its course.
To facilitate the people interested in feeding dogs, government can open a donation account or food collection centers at various places and inturn it can be dumped in the jungles. For the safety and free movement of such dogs a few square kilometers of area can be barb wire fenced or made a kind of boma in the midst of these forests.
Similar steps can be taken to control other stray animals including monkeys.
The municipal corporations can take care of those such animals who some how come back to cities. They can be sent back again to their forests.
